This is Twigeo
Twigeo is a mobile advertising agency. We help our clients accelerate growth via performance marketing. We specialize in creative design, marketing analytics and we perform media planning and buying across all major online advertising platforms. Twigeo works with clients such as Headspace, Asana, Strava, Kry, and Fyndiq.
Founded in 2014, we are now 22 people, evenly split between women and men. We come from 12 countries and speak more than 16 languages in our two offices - Stockholm and New York. Part of our success can definitely be attributed to our diversity and we would love to expand this even further as we believe it creates an interesting and inspiring working environment. In the next 3 years, we will scale our business with new market-leading clients and additional office hubs in new locations. We are very excited about the journey that lies ahead and can't wait to test our boundaries and learn new things.
We have grown very fast in the last two years and see that this trend will continue. Twigeo is a young company with a flat organization and our growth has increased the pressure on our executives.
This is why we now see a growing need to support our executives with various tasks, both within vital administrative areas as well as making our office a welcoming, comfortable and efficient environment to work in. You will play a key part in making Twigeo’s scaling journey more manageable and less stressful. The role will be vital for us in achieving our operational goals efficiently.
The job consists of three main areas:
The administrative support function entails both creating and defining different routines and processes with proper documentation as well as maintaining and keeping these alive. The administrative areas are typically within financial reporting, invoicing and corporate governance.
The Office Manager role contains everything from making sure we have food and snacks, to updating the office environment and creating and maintaining an Employee Handbook. Soon, we need to move to a larger office, and you will be a point person for the office move.
Event and meeting coordination means organizing and partaking in different, mostly internal events and meetings. It also means you make sure all arrangements and communications run smoothly.
Since we have offices in also in New York, you will have a chance to support staff in both offices, while being based and mostly working from Stockholm.
Proactivity and creativity will be rewarded. We applaud initiatives beyond the above that will help our executives become more efficient and leave us time to execute in areas taking the company to new success levels.
We are looking for someone who is curious, hands-on, likes numbers and pays attention to details, enjoys being service minded and has the ability to effectively manage and communicate with people of all kinds.
You must have solid experience (3+ years) from a similar role in Sweden. Fluency in both English and Swedish is a must, with good communication skills both written and verbal.
You will be reporting to me, Markus. I am structured and thorough, with high demands of quality. I would like to complement my skills with someone who has a bit of a terrier (yes, the dog!) mentality, someone that can push me and others for results outside our comfort zones.
If you like what we describe above and think you are the perfect match, we encourage you to apply ASAP as we will perform rolling interviews for this position.
