The Opportunity

We’re looking for a business savvy and relationship focused Account Manager to join us on our journey to become the number 1 partner for user growth globally. This role will be central to Twigeo’s development in the rapidly changing digital landscape. Together with our performance marketers, you will work with world leading brands and products, leveraging our expertise to unlock growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead client accounts to maintain long term relationships and constantly add value
  • Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a superior client experience
  • Manage projects and prioritize efforts to ensure client retention and best in class delivery


Expectations:

We are looking for someone who is goal-driven, curious and analytical. You have strong communication skills and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.

You must have 3+ years of experience from an account management role in a digital business, hands-on product experience and a proven record of growing business. You should also be able to work with raw data sets to spot trends.
